Responsibilities

The Logistic Manager has technical and managerial skills and will serve as a reference point for the Project Manager Leaders, Operation Leader and Site Execution Leader.

According to the overall timeframe of job activities, Logistic Manager is responsible of:

Understand site activities requirements as for Customer request during proposal phase

Decide how satisfy site activity requirements with external and internal resources

Manage all Project logistics activities, including customer declarations and documents

Coordinate material management at site





The Logistic Manager shall:

*Identify proactively process issues and work with functions to improve it

*Provide assistance to all the PMs and Site Managers on specific project

*Drive and support CoQ monitoring and reduction



Manage periodic project review to be always updated on project issues, be updated on manpower orders status and anticipate potential issues.

The internal Customers of the Logistic Manager are the PM Leaders and Site Execution Leader, while the external Customer is the client.



In addition to the job specific responsibilities, the Logistic Manager shall ensure the proper management of the people working under his responsibility, in line with company standards, policies and guidelines.



Qualifications

-8+ years relevant experience as Logistic Leader or Project Manager or Site Manager for EPC or Oil & Gas Companies

-BS in Engineering

-Fluency in English

-Strong process, execution and operational skills

-High-energy, self-motivated, confident leader willing to take on responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries

-Proven ability in developing and implementing strategies to accomplish business goals

-Proven negotiation skills

-Proven presentation skills

-Ability to delegate & empower others.

-Ability to coach & influence peers.

-Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities


Desired

*Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
